This workshop is part of the many Tattva workshops being organised this year by Dr. Sharmila Rao, on various topics onf interest relating to Bharata Natyam. This workshop covers everything about the music in Bharata Natyam – the basics are explained, its historical development is examined, various composers and their works are presented among other topics. This workshop is open to everyone. The learning content taught in it is part of the basics that one needs to know in Bharata Natyam.
