Pi Day, 14.Mar.2025

Mar.14 => 3.14

π-Day: What is π-Day, International Mathematics Day? Celebrated every 14 March, π-Day honours the famous mathematical constant π (3.1415…), which represents the ratio between the circumference of a circle and its diameter. This global event celebrates the beauty of mathematics and its role in culture, science and our everyday lives. It is for this reason that this date has been chosen by UNESCO in 2019, to highlight the importance and fundamental role of mathematics. – Courtesy: University Geneva
