Call for Cultural Performances

The Embassy of India, Berne warmly invites members of the Indian Diaspora in Switzerland and Liechtenstein to participate in the celebrations through cultural performances.


Perrformance Categories:

  • Dance – Indian Classical, Semi-Classical, Folk & Bollywood
  • Singing – Classical, Semi-Classical, Folk & Bollywood
  • Skit / Small Play / Hasya Katha / Sruthi Natok
  • Stand-Up Comedy (Non-political & Non-controversial)

Participation Guidelines:

  • Minimum age: 8 years and above
  • Group performances preferred (Maximum 4 participants per group)
  • Solo performances are also welcome
  • Submission of prior performance/practice video is mandatory
  • Nominations must include:
  • Full Name(s) of performer(s)
  • Phone Number(s)
  • Residential Address
  • Google Drive link of performance video

Important Note:

  • Limited performance slots available – selection will be made by the Embassy.
  • No remuneration will be provided. A nominal honorarium may be given to cover travel and incidental expenses.
