10 Years of Dance. 10 Years of Encounters. 10 Years of Joint Development.
For a decade, Dr. Sharmila Rao’s dance school has been a place to discover Bharata Natyam through joy, mindfulness, and professional, health-focused teaching. To celebrate this milestone, she invites people of all ages and experience levels to an afternoon and evening of dance, culture, and community on 26 September.
The programme features two free introductory workshops:
Children: 15:00–15:45
Beginners & returning dancers: 16:30–17:15
10th Anniversary Dance Performance, 18:30–19:45: The celebrations culminate in an anniversary performance by advanced students, accompanied by a live music ensemble. The performance will highlight the beauty, energy, and expressive depth of Bharata Natyam while marking ten years of artistic education and cultural exchange.
