Christmas in Zurich – 21.Nov to 24.Dec.2024

It is time for Christmas. And Zurich city turns into a wonderland of snow and lights during this festive period.

Zurich city’s special Christmas Lights “Lucy” will be turned on at 6:00 pm on 21.Nov.2024

Candle Making at Bürkliplatz: Candle making has been among Zurich’s Advent traditions since 1969. Nov 14 – Dec 19, from 10.00am – 8.00pm

Zurich Christmas Markets: The Christmas markets in Bellevue, old Zurich and in Zurich HB will open from Nov 21 to Dec 23.The Christmas markets are home to many diverse stalls selling Christmas gifts, decorations and interesting snacks from across the world.

The Santclaus parade is on 24.Nov from around 5 p.m. on Bahnhoffstrasse.

The Marli-Tram runs from Bellevue, tickets can be got from the Jelmoli customer service center.

The Singing Christmas Tree in Werdemuhleplatz, on Bahnofstrasse has choir performances by children in the evening.
